Our Meat is available for purchase directly from our farm! 413 Halteman Road Pottstown PA 19465. You can purchase bulk boxes (below) or stop by the farm and pick up individual cuts. Availability varies through the year so if you looking for something specific contact us snoutsandsprouts@gmail.com to check what we have available! PorkOur pasture raised pork is available for purchase as custom Wholes and Halve, individual cuts and bulk boxes through the year.
8lb sample box for $60 you will receive a few samples of our different cuts we have available to give you a feel for our product. This is a great option if you are interested in trying our meat before buying a larger share.
A 15lb box of pork costs $125. You will receive an assortment of bacon, sausage, roasts, and chops. Due to the smaller size you may receive some but not all of the following cuts: ribs, ham or loin. 30lb box for $225. You will receive an assortment of cuts including sausage, pork chops, roasts, ribs and nitrate free bacon and ham. Whole and Half Pigs Half a Pig costs 4.75/lb **Hanging Weight. It includes bacon, sausage, ham, ribs, roasts, loin and chops or you can custom order the type of cuts/processing you would like * (examples of custom processing include bone-in vs bone out, size of roasts, size of ham, type of sausage, smoked vs fresh ham and bacon, smoked or fresh jowl, smoked or fresh hocks, keep lard and/or organs) Whole Pig costs 4.50/lb **Hanging Weight (see explanation below) it includes bacon, sausage, ham, ribs, roasts, loin and chops or you can custom order the type of cuts/processing you would like *(examples of custom processing include bone-in vs bone out, size of roasts, size of ham, type of sausage, smoked vs fresh ham and bacon, smoked or fresh jowl, smoked or fresh hocks, option to keep lard and/or organs) **Hanging Weight Refers to the weight of the entire pig when Hanging at the butcher. The Finished or Processed weight you will receive is approximately 60% of hanging weight. Example of a pig broken down by weight: A whole Pig will weigh approximately 200lbs Hanging weight and you will receive approximately 140lbs of finished meat after processing. A half Pig will be approximately 100lbs Hanging weight and you will receive approximately 70lbs of finished meat after processing. A quarter will be approximately 50lbs hanging weight you would receive approximately 35lbs of finished meat after processing ChickenOur pasture raised chicken is available for purchase spring to fall
