Whole Pig costs 4.75/lb **Hanging Weight (see explanation below) it includes bacon, sausage, ham, ribs, roasts, loin and chops or you can custom order the type of cuts/processing you would like *(examples of custom processing include bone-in vs bone out, size of roasts, size of ham, type of sausage, smoked vs fresh ham and bacon, smoked or fresh jowl, smoked or fresh hocks, option to keep lard and/or organs)
Half a Pig costs 5.00/lb **Hanging Weight. It includes bacon, sausage, ham, ribs, roasts, loin and chops or you can custom order the type of cuts/processing you would like * (examples of custom processing include bone-in vs bone out, size of roasts, size of ham, type of sausage, smoked vs fresh ham and bacon, smoked or fresh jowl, smoked or fresh hocks, keep lard and/or organs)
We are currently taking deposits for whole and half pigs available in Summer 2021. you will be contacted with a pick up date and custom processing options once we receive your deposit
**Hanging Weight Refers to the weight of the entire pig when Hanging at the butcher. The Finished or Processed weight you will receive is approximately 60% of hanging weight.
Example of a pig broken down by weight:
A whole Pig will weigh approximately 200lbs Hanging weight and you will receive approximately 140lbs of finished meat after processing.
A half Pig will be approximately 100lbs Hanging weight and you will receive approximately 70lbs of finished meat after processing.
